Refund Policy

14-day no-questions refund

If a kit isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get the full price back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, sales tax/VAT and refunds. To request a refund:

• Reply to your purchase receipt email, or
• Use the platform's refund or support option, or
• Email us at hello@tinkermoss.com with your order number.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take depends on the payment platform and your bank.

After a refund

Please delete your copy of the kit. The license is cancelled when the refund is issued.

What a refund does not cover

A refund covers the price of the kit only. We're not responsible for trading losses, exchange fees or any other costs from using the software. The kit is educational software, not financial advice, and comes with no profit guarantee.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
